LEADERS

James Mackiewicz’s desire to create lasting changes for those he works with led him to his affiliation with Crestcom International, LLC, a global leadership development company headquartered in Greenwood Village, Colorado. With interactive learning courses offered in 22 languages and in more than 60 countries, Crestcom has been providing business leaders with support, training, and the tools they need to succeed for more than 30 years. Crestcom currently offers one of the most successful and widely-used training programs among Fortunate Magazine’s Top 100 Companies.

The Crestcom model helps key decision makers, business owners, and managers become better leaders by implementing three elements of effective behavioral change: measured development, an implementation plan, and accountability. The company’s unique approach to training includes live facilitations, instructional videos with experts in various industries, and facilitated interactive exercises. Most importantly, every training module ends with an action plan to ensure each participant takes the information they’ve learned and applies it to their company.

“My personal mantra in coaching has always been training, implementation, and accountability,” states James, “so I knew Crestcom was the perfect fit. When people change the way they lead, they soon begin to see increased sales and accelerated growth.”

TRAINING

DoMore Consulting utilizes the Bullet Proof Manager (BPM) from Crestcom. This highly effective program features a results-focused curriculum, excellent networking opportunities, and highly interactive management training. The 12-month format helps leaders understand management at various levels in their development. By helping managers internalize skills and translate them to their unique situations, this program is perfect for those who want to strengthen their responses to challenges.

The curriculum in BPM features mixed media videos with an expert faculty. The trainers guide each class through group discussions and interactive exercises to provide a hands-on virtual learning experience. In addition to faculty-led training, BPM also prominently features networking opportunities with other local business professionals. By sharing new ideas and perspectives with other leaders, participants develop new relationships and learn how to think about old problems in new ways.

Change the way you lead with the BPM Leadership Development Program.

IMPLEMENTATION

Training is not effective without a successful implementation plan. James will assist your leadership team design an action plan that will identify what participants have learned throughout the course, how they plan to implement it in their positions, and how to measure results.

This is a dynamic part of the overall process and the key to success. Each participant’s experience in the program will vary and it’s important to work as a team to properly integrate information and learn how to use it to achieve better communication, build relationships, and facilitate growth.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Keep your team accountable to the changes they’ve learned through coaching with our innovative accountability strategies. Each month, those who participate in training will attend in-house meetings during which they will present their achievements. Your leadership team will track these results to learn more about the mental and behavioral changes that have occurred and to discover their true return on investment.

With the Crestcom Learning Portal, your team will benefit from a unique online participant interface and personal learning dashboard. These are also visible to supervisors. Other features include a mobile app, real-time personal dashboard updates, gamification, and 24/7 access to all course materials.
